The woman with short black hair at reception is very grumpy. Nobody goes there for pleasure; nobody who isn't ill would say, "I'm going to the doctor today." It shouldn't be so difficult to treat people a little more kindly. If you're so indifferent, then do something else. Nobody has to put up with your grumpy face.
Both the doctors and the staff are extremely friendly, competent, and very concerned about the well-being of their patients, despite a full waiting room and some very unfriendly patients. …
Like everything in Grieskirchen, this doctor is unfriendly and seems overwhelmed; if you can't deal with people, you shouldn't do this job. The receptionists are even worse; I've rarely experienced such unfriendly service. The two new female doctors in her practice offer some hope.
