I'm still giving it 5 stars because the doctors are always very competent. The downside is that you often have to wait months (my husband) for an appointment.
Dr. Woltsche-Kahr, her deputy Dr. Neubauer, and the assistants are extremely competent, professional, and kind in all their treatments. It's also worth mentioning that the necessary steps before and after the treatment are described in detail. This allows you to prepare yourself perfectly. I always enjoy going there.
