I called today with flu-like symptoms, was allowed to come in immediately, and was given an FFP2 mask right away because I didn't know I needed one. Both the receptionist and the young doctor were very friendly. I'm grateful to have found such a good general practitioner's office.
The receptionist refused to write a prescription on my e-card and simply hung up. Dr. Kremer isn't to blame, but I will contact the medical association.
My family doctor since I was a child! Since the introduction of appointment scheduling during the pandemic, waiting times have improved considerably. A doctor who always takes her time, no matter how busy she is!
