Competent and friendly from the doctor to the medical assistants. It couldn't be better!
Incompetent, I was turned away three times there: once for a sick note (you need an appointment), another time to cancel an appointment (she won't do it if she's not the family doctor), and the third time for a copy of a referral. It's a shame that some people from Pöttsching have to travel to Neustadt to see a doctor.
