The receptionists are an outrage. Such unfriendly and insensitive people shouldn't work for a doctor. Besides, just because I'm not 65 doesn't mean I want to be addressed informally by strangers, especially not in that tone. If the appointment hadn't been absolutely necessary, I would have turned around and left.
The doctor was nice, but the receptionist was rude. She preferred to laugh at people rather than explain things properly. The general atmosphere among the receptionists was rather unpleasant.
