Customer service – a foreign concept. My wife was just there to pick up some medication. Unfortunately, she forgot her mask, so she asked the pharmacist if he could make an exception and bring the medication to the door. This was refused with the words that he could gladly sell her a mask... by the way, the pharmacy was empty...
